My thoughtful, creative flow incorporates both yin and yang to energize the body and balance the mind, backed by a soundtrack of beats to get you moving and bliss you out.

You’ll explore your edge and depth of your practice while maintaining steady, full breath – the most important part of a yoga practice. And though a Warrior II is a beautiful, strong pose to learn as a part of your yoga practice, the breath is what will change your entire life.

This hour-long sunset yoga class is at Lifeguard Station #29 in Santa Monica (Marine Street all the way to the water.) Please bring $10 and your own mat or beach towel.

4:30 pm All Levels @ The Green Yogi (75 minutes)
