    Today I am grateful for this peace in my soul, sleeping in, morning cuddles from Mr. Eddie, and the anticipated arrival of Walter home from a long trip to DC.

  3. An attitude of gratitude always makes for a happier day!! This weekend was Thanksgiving over here in Canada and so a perfect time to tune in, to feel grateful, and to show it! Today I am thankful for the leaves changing color, my warm socks, a slow yoga flow, and my new friendship with YOU! Muah! xo

    The empty morning that a day off from school for my kids provides, the fact that my almost 10 year old still loves to play on playgrounds, homemade chicken noodle soup, chocolate chip muffins, cashmere sweaters, poetry, this blog. xo

    so many things… my gorgeous husband, my family, new knowledge, new friendships, inspiring clients, my breath, homemade veggie burgers, my hournal, the sweet sweet sounds of incubus, memories of california…. and I am super grateful for finding yogis anonymous so I can roll out my mat in my very own lounge room and bliss out to mary beth larue classes :)

    My husband, my puppy, my warm bed, dinners with family, am jogs by the lake, my yogis who show up to class week after week, the opportunity to try something new, stretchy wonderful yoga, dark chocolate, good music, finding your blog :)

  8. All of those things every day! The quiet of the mornings, the love of my partner, the pulse of Los Angeles, yoga practice, sweaty spinning classes! Shared conversations, meals and good bottles of wine to round it out :)
