a.k.a. gigi yogini – a heart opening, rhythm-loving, entrepreneurial beautiful, bright being.

what’s the best part of your day?
i aspire to appreciate and enjoy every moment of my day from the mundane to the magnificent. perhaps the best moments are the ones when i’m doing what i love, surrounded by the people i love.

what inspires you?
my greatest inspiration is self-actualization. the idea of realizing and living my fullest potential is what keeps me moving through the inevitable hardships of life and pushes me to constantly practice joy.

your favorite trip.
it’s impossible to choose. i’ve explored costa rica, honduras, peru, ecuador, mexico, spain, australia, france, italy, belgium, united kingdom, greece, czech republic, the netherlands, switzerland, canada, kenya, south africa and each trip was uniquely brilliant.

what’s your ideal sunday?
i’d start with morning service at agape international spiritual center followed by a lululemon run club and complimentary yoga in the santa monica store. then a group of friends would have brunch at literati cafe while a housekeeper cleans the yoga cottage. i’d sunbathe in the garden before enjoying a bbq dinner with friends and family.

your favorite words of wisdom.
“remember who you are.”
- the art of chase

when do you feel most “you?”
late morning.

what fulfills you?
i live for large interactive experiences where everyone participates and contributes a sound and/or movement. i get charged up by creative collaboration.

your favorite outfit.
either a sun dress with flip flops…or lululemon layered with an inspiring t-shirt, funky jewelry, bright scarf, army jacket and a hat. i always have multiple outfit changes every day.

what’s on your ipod?
tons of world music, hip hop, reggae, MOTHER MEDICINE, aykanna, soul, funk, drum tracks, dj drez, mc yogi, voice recordings.

five things you love.
my dog, ZOID.
riding my bike in around town.
hiking in the santa monica mountains.
being at the yoga cottage with all the doors and windows open.
sipping a soy chai latte with a shot of espresso at literati cafe.

how you feel in one word today.
